Introduction to Estuary View
With stunning panoramic views of the Exe Estuary from all rooms, our newly refurbished 2 bed apartment sleeps 4/6 and is located only a short walk from Exmouth’s beautiful sandy beach and the estuary.
The apartment is situated on the top two floors of a large Victorian building; it is comfortably furnished to a very high standard. The lounge on the first floor is bright and airy with 2 sofas one of which converts into a double sofabed. The lounge also features a flat screen television with free view and an integral DVD player. On this level is a new fully fitted kitchen/ diner, well equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher microwave and a slow cooker.
The bathroom, also new, is situated on the upper floor with a toilet, washbasin, with an excellent power shower over the bath. Each bedroom looks out over the Estuary, bedroom 1 with a double bed and shaker style furniture; bedroom 2 has twin beds and maple colour bedroom furniture.
All bedding, towels and heating are included in the price.
High chair & travel cot (mattress included, no bedding) available for hire.
Car parking is also available on a first come first served basis. On street parking is also close by.
The apartment is an excellent base to explore the surrounding area with good transport links. Exmouth is only 10 miles from the M5 motorway and just 6 miles from the A30.

Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer and international bank transfer. Non returnable deposit of £100 per week is required with in seven days of booking. Balance shall be paid 6 weeks before holiday.
The accommodation shall be available from 3pm on the first day of the period booked until 10am on the last day of the period booked by which time the guests are required to vacate the accommodation and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Any payments made by International bank transfer incur £15 charge; this is due to bank charges.
