Sunnydeck sleeps 2 and offers a central location, only a couple of minutes walk to the town and a 10 minute easy walk to the beach and Exe estuary. Exmouth train and bus station is only a 500 meter walk. With gas central heating, the apartment is perfect for couples wanting to explore Exmouth and the South West whatever the time of year. There are a range of amenities close to the property and a lovely decked area to catch the sunshine and relax. The large double bedroom has a king size bed with high quality mattress, plenty of storage space, large flat screen TV and hair dryer. The very comfortable lounge has two sofas. The three seat sofa can be converted to make additional double bed for guests by arrangement. The lounge has gas fire, large flat screen TV, DVD & stereo. The well equipped kitchen contains an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. There is a separate dining area with extending table, or when weather permits, why not enjoy al fresco dining on the decking. The shower room has a shower cubical with electric shower, wash basin & toilet. There is parking for one medium size car (eg. Golf Estate) in designated space at the property. All linen & towels are provided. Gas heating & electric also included. High chair & travel cot (no bedding) available for hire.
